  • GRE
  • "I took the test yesterday. It's done! The scores were good: Verbal 800, Quantitative 650. I am not perfect, but my GRE Verbal score is! What I am most proud of though is the Quantitative score. Math (as you well know) is definitely one of my challenges. Not only did I finish the section with time left over, the score of 650 was 150 points higher than I would have predicted and higher than any of the results from my practice tests. I know absolutely that I would not have done as well without the tools and information you provided."-D.H., Seattle
  • "I took the GRE this morning and got 760 quantitative and 650 verbal. This is quite an improvement from the first time I took it, when I scored 620 and 540, respectively. I'm really pleased with my score, and I'm glad it's over! It was good for me to do the class, your advice came in handy on more than one occasion, and I know that the practice tests helped me learn how to pace myself and calm my nerves. I recommend you to everyone I know and will continue to do so well into the future." B.P., Seattle
  • "Dear Steve, I took the GRE last week. As you may recall, when I first came to you my scores on the quantitative section were absolutely pathetic (I think I was averaging 400-500). On the real GRE my verbal score was 650 and my quantitative score was 660 for a combined score of 1310. Thank you very much for all your help."-L.F., Tacoma
  • "I just took the GRE and got 720 verbal and 650 math, which is about 200 points higher than my first practice test. I really appreciate how affordable and flexible your services are and have referred several friends to you." - J.B., Seattle
  • "Steve! I just got my GRE scores over the phone. I got a 600 on the verbal, 680 on the analytical, and a 690 on the math. It totaled 1,970. I was shooting for 1,900 so I am extremely pleased. Thanks so much for all your help, it looks like it really paid off!"- C.S., Seattle
  • " [T]he test went really well. I got a 650 Quantitative and 620 Verbal, and I feel really good about the writing portion, so I'm not worried about that. I'm pretty happy with these scores and think that these, combined with a solid application should get me into a good program. This is about a 100 point score increase on each section and I really contribute a lot of that to the class - I definitely feel like it helped me! (And the math is what was intimidating to me - and i scored better on that!)" -F.F., Seattle
  • "Dear Steve, I took the GRE last week and scored a good deal better than I had expected: 680 in verbal, 630 in math, and a whopping 710 in analytic! I must give a lot of credit to the class I took from you early in the summer: having been out of school for almost ten years, I sorely needed a good review in verbal and math and analytical skills as well as in taking standardized tests. Thank you for the review session as much as for your tips on taking the computerized GRE. I guess I did my part by spending a lot of time doing sample tests--including 23 of the 27 tests in the "GRE Big Book" that you recommended! But without a great start from your class, I wouldn't have done as well as I did last week. So many thanks again."- T.H., Seattle
  • "Hey Steve, it went very well. I got a 710 on verbal and a 730 on quantitative. I couldn't have done it without all your...help."-W.J., Seattle

  • "I ended up taking the GRE on 11/1 and scored 1370 (770 math, 600 verbal). I then took the GMAT 11/18 and scored 690 (47 math, 38 verbal). Learning how to take this type of test was critical for me as I have labeled myself a "bad test taker" since grade school. So, thanks again for your help and ability to inspire confidence!" -A.C., Seattle
  • "I took the GMAT yesterday. And I got a 740! I can't even believe it. I got a 48 in the math, which is 86th percentile. A 42 in the verbal which is 96th, and overall 98th. This is obviously so, so, so much better than I thought I could do. I thought if I got a 680 it would be really great. I could not possibly have done this without you. Thank you a million times!" - A.G., Seattle
