Private Tutoring

Test Prep

We offer individual and group tutoring in Seattle and Bellevue for the SAT, ACT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, ISEE and a number of SAT II subject tests and we also offer admissions consulting and assistance with personal statements. If you are interested in private tutoring for two or more students in any subject please see the price list below and contact us by email or phone with your requirements.

Academic Tutoring

In addition to tutoring for standardized admissions exams, we also offer individual tutoring in Seattle and Bellevue for a wide range of high school subjects including: Math, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, US History, World History, English and several World Languages. All of our tutors are highly experienced in their areas.

Free Diagnostic Test

We recommend that all students preparing for a standardized test begin their tutoring with a free diagnostic test. This is a full length past exam paper which enables us to assess your test taking ability, provide you with an estimate of how many hours tutoring you'll need, and tailor your tutoring to your specific requirements. Test Prep Enrollment Fee

If you are receiving tutoring for SAT, ACT, LSAT, GMAT or GRE, we charge a tutoring enrollment fee to cover the cost of a text book, practice tests and study materials. Practice tests are an essential part of effective preparation and should be taken several times before your exam date. Contact the office to schedule each test.

Test Prep Enrollment Fee: $75

Enrollment fee does not apply to Academic tutoring, ISEE tutoring or SAT II subject test tutoring.

Proctored ISEE practice tests and SAT II subject tests are $20 each (initial diagnostic tests are always free)

Individual Tutoring

Group Tutoring

All tutoring fees must be paid in advance or at the time of the appointment. If you cannot make a payment please let us know and we will arrange an alternative payment scheme for you.

1 student: $70/hour

Tutoring fees must be paid in advance.

Students with similar preparation needs can be tutored together for some or all of their sessions.

2 students: $55/hour ea.

3 students: $40/hour ea.

4 + students: please call for pricing.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unavoidable circumstances will mean that you need to cancel your appointment with us, but we do ask that you try to give us 24 hours notice. Cancellations within a 24 hour period and up to an hour before your appointment start time will result in a $25 fee. Cancellations made within an hour of the appointment and those considered to be a 'No Show' will be charged at the full tutoring rate. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration & Payment for Individual Tutoring

Contact us to discuss your requirements and be prepared to give us your latest test scores.
If you have not already taken the test for which you are preparing, make an appointment to come in to our office and take a free diagnostic test.
We will recommend a number of hours of tutoring based on your past test or diagnostic test results.
Arrange your appointments with us via phone or email.
Make sure you fill out a class registration form, pay your enrollment fee and make payments for your sessions in advance.
